Our mission and passion is to help our clients discover, understand, learn, heal, change and grow as they struggle with issues that impact their lives. Our vow: We treat people not diagnoses.

We are:

We are a trio of licensed clinicians in good standing with the Oregon Board of Social Work who have practiced in the non-profit sector for many years.

We are drawn together by our expertise, commitment and shared desire to help and collaborate with people to heal, learn, change and grow.

We are, and have been privileged in the last 20 to 30 years to support our clients in their difficult times; to gain new insights, tools and skills; and to reach their goals.

We believe:

We believe people deserve to be treated respectfully. Your age, sex, language, ethnic identity, cultural identity, gender identity, sexual identity, race, color of your skin, religion, belief system, immigration status, employment status, educational level, ability or disability, political party, relationship or marital status are all aspects of who you are. We are interested in people as singular individuals, who each have a unique story.

We believe people seek help for many reasons such as stress, loss, trauma and injury. Often there are issues which affect their health; disturb their peace of mind; and impact their lives from school and work to relationships with family and others.

We believe people can learn, and evolve at all points in their lives. Crisis, as difficult as it may be, is also an opportunity that disrupts the current situation and can allow and lead to change.

We believe people can make profound changes, one decision and action at a time.

We believe having a compassionate, experienced therapist, committed to your well-being, can be an essential factor in achieving the outcomes you seek.

Our core values:

We respect our clients and believe in each person’s intrinsic worth. We believe that people do the best they can in their circumstances. We understand that certain behaviors and choices may be problematic and cause significant difficulties in people’s lives. We know asking for help can be challenging.

We promise to respectfully and compassionately work with you in your process of discovery and growth. We are privileged to accompany you in this process as unique and individual as you, yourself.

We respect each other as therapists based on our own experiences, years of training, and recognition of each other’s skills and professionalism. We trust each other to provide excellent care and support to our clients if we are unexpectedly unavailable, or during planned times away. Our trust has developed over many years working and collaborating with each other in different settings.

We respect our work and the ethics that guide and inform how we practice as mental health providers. Our shared values are the heart of our friendship and partnership.
